Enrollment Incentives

Scholarships and stipends in Army ROTC help a student focus on what’s important: Instead of worrying how they will pay for college, students can focus on getting that Penn State Bachelor’s degree.

Whether you are a Penn State bound high school student, or already attending the University, Penn State Army ROTC has scholarships available. Army ROTC seeks out SAL (Scholar, Athlete, Leader) students. SAL students are self-disciplined, dedicated, intelligent, diverse, ambitious, motivational, hard-working team players. Scholarships are awarded based on a student’s merit and grades, not financial need
