Contracted Army ROTC students are 100% non-deployable. Non-contracted Army cadets serving in a reserve or national guard unit may only be involuntarily activated if they are NOT contracted in the program.
When will I need to go to basic camp exactly? Also, for Army ROTC, is it guaranteed full tuition or will I need to apply for that?
You would only need to go to basic camp if you did not complete all the required semesters of the MSL 1 and 2 curriculum. For Army ROTC scholarships they are not guaranteed. You will need to apply for the either the Army national scholarship if you are a current high school student or campus based scholarship if you are a current college student.
